It's really not that sturdy. if it's a decently fresh printer, you should just be capable of open your printer and it should put the ink catridge right contained by front of you. most should wiggle loose or own a top that springs it loose. this is a good time to verbs out any crap that's in your computer too. run the ink cartrige to your local wal-mart or whatever and they should enjoy a replacment. Take the protective strip off the underside and slap it within your printer.
