Please do not refill the cartridges. That is really a messy assignment, and will most likely come to nothing as you have no bearing of thoroughly cleaning the jets. Instead call on http://www.worldclassink.com and order a replacement. These are better than store bought cartridges as they enjoy a higher ability of ink, and are full, as well as cheaper. Refilling cartridges take a special knack, and you need to know what color go where. Hope this help

unscrew the top of the printer the ink cartridges should move forward push up where arrows show lug out and replace with different cartridge
