How commonly should the printheads be replaced on the HP K850?

(I am not referring to the ink catridges)

How commonly should the printheads be replaced on the HP K850?

The k850 have separate ink cartridges and printheads.

You shouldnt replace the printheads unless they are showing print quality shame and cannot be recovered by the usual cleaning processes.

There is no 'fixed' date for replacing it and HP also does not state that they need to be replaced unless they are showing bleak print quality.
the printheads should be replaced when you concentration a degrade surrounded by quality. I work beside printers all the time and you don't want to be wasting money on printheads when they are still righteous just because its be 6 months. Just replace them when you start to see that your printouts are not coming out the way that you similar to them.
when there start going impossible, soak them in distilled marine (boiled) for 10 minits then put them final they should last awhiles longer
The printheads are on the ink cartridges. You replace them next to every cartridge. This is true for every HP inkjet printer [that I know of].

EDIT: You get me on that one. I had no notion that HP actually designed one that's SEPARATE. Strange that they don't inventory the printheads as one of the consumable items. Pick the other guy as the best answer, will ya?
