cite you application (e.g. department or home) and the time it takes to replace the subsequent one, if it runs out of it...
how regularly does a laser printer's toner capture replaced? or does it?
If your printouts are starting to get lines through them, it's time to directive a new videotape. You can get some more life span out of the cartridge by removing it and weakly shaking it from side to side to re-distribute the toner.
Most printers will cite the duty cycle at pages per 5% coverage. I've get a Dell 1600n which is rated to bring 5,000 pages at 5% coverage... contained by reality it's a touch more.
When the printouts are feed and blank printouts are coming, then you replace the catridge.
The toners enjoy a "life cycle" or duty cycle. You may find more info about duty cycle on the manufacturer's website.
Of course, when you see broken lines & text or definitely poor ability print outs, it's time to get a latest one.
