how to check printer HP 1022n ink?

HP Laserjet 1022n printer tonner videotape lasts for 2000 Pages (approximately).

There is no approach to check the level of the toner contained by the printer. But the only work around is to check the Number of page that thas been printed rotten the printer (ie., the Page Count).



Steps to check the Page count:

1) Click Start >>> Control Panel >>> Printers and other Hardware >>> Printers and Faxes

2) You would see HP LaserJet 1022 icon here, right click on it and click on PRINTING PREFERENCES

3) In the Printing Perferences window click on "Basics" tab, within at the bottom you will find page count.



(Note: As per HP the page count gets resetted when the Toner is replaced near another New Toner)
