How do you write a message from your home computer and print it to distribute to someone?
You could use motepad or wordpad in bits and pieces! When your done, click the file button and print!
Grab a copy of Open Office: http://www.openoffice.org/ and use the Writer to compose your memo. If you're using Mac OS X, then use the in-built Apple Write software.
One written select "Print" to print to your attached printer.
Insert the weekly into an envelope and attach a stamp. Seal the envelope and place in a post box.
