How do you print pictures in need them have a white top on an Epson PictureMate Deluxe?

The pictures print next to a white strip running all the style down the right side of the picture and a pink strip running down the left side. How do you net the picture cover the entire paper?

I don't own an Epson, however my Canon have a "borderless" option. But it requires the use of photo article. Standard paper is too soft and return with bended by the head when it start directly on the border. Check if you hold the option and check if it requires photo tabloid.
